•Chief Executive Officer: Synchronizes activities amongst all Program Directors to ensure function, safety and sustainability.
•Director of Financial Operations: Leads a team of financial and legal experts to maintain a steady funding stream for the campus through donations, grants, sponsorships, county, state and federal funding opportunities.
•Director of Human Resources: Manages all employee-related functions, encompassing recruitment, vetting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, policy implementation, regulatory training, performance management and separation processes.
•Director of Wellness Center: Leads and coordinates Wellness Center operations with school programming and other campus activities; manages the following positions:
•Medical Coordinator
•Therapy Coordinator
•Sports, Recreation and Activities Coordinator
•Director of Education: Oversees the management of all functions within the K-12 School, including the oversight of these roles:
•Education Coordinator
•Food Service Coordinator
•Special Services Coordinator (Transportation, Technology, Maintenance)
•Director of Transitions: Oversees programs supporting transitional services and short-term care; direct reports include:
•STEP Coordinator
•Crisis and Respite Care Facility Coordinator
•Director of Operations: Provides leadership and coordination across operational departments, supervising these positions:
•Chief of Security and Emergency Preparedness; includes Shamrock Acres Fire Department
•Chief of Community Engagement
•Chief of Business Operations, Main Street Business Area and Country Store
•Chief of Shamrock Acres Farm and Outdoor Therapy and Discovery Area
